Boats and Equipment

The Boats

Our boats are custom crafted 17 ft. fiberglass vessels designed for fishing stability. They are open craft with no center console or windshield so that nothing gets in your way while you fight your trophy salmon. Boats are powered by brand new 40hp, 4-stroke Yamaha outboards.

The Tackle

All equipment is provided. If you have a specialty reel or rod please feel free to bring it. · We use 10 ½ foot mooching rods with 4 to 6 oz weights, 25 lb. test line and your choice of single or multi-action reels. For added excitement we provide light tackle fly rods fitted with 12 lb. test line or traditional fly fishing tackle. For bottom fishing we use multi action reels with 1 lb. weight, spreader bars and 100 lb. fire-wire braided line. Dye hard bass masters will love the non stop action of fishing for rock cod and ling cod in the kelp fields with our spin casting rods.

The Clothing

Just in case the weather takes a turn, we provide you with comfortable raingear that will keep you dry from head to foot.
